Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before enrolling in any online, laboratory, project/dissertation, or job-training program offered by Rapture Biotech International. By registering for or joining a program, you agree to comply with these terms, subject to applicable law.

1. Website Disclaimer

• The information available at https://rapturebio.com is provided for general educational, skill-development, and training-information purposes.
• Rapture Biotech makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date website content. However, typographical errors, technical inaccuracies, or omissions may occur.
• Rapture Biotech may correct errors or update website information at any time.
• Except as required by applicable Indian law, Rapture Biotech and its directors, officers, employees, trainers, or affiliates will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of, reference to, or inability to use the website or linked third-party websites.
• Links to third-party resources do not imply endorsement. Rapture Biotech is not responsible for third-party content or activities.

2. Intellectual Property

• Website content, training modules, curriculum designs, graphics, headers, branding assets, logos, software code, and media are the intellectual property of Rapture Biotech and are protected under applicable Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual-property laws.
• Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of these materials without Rapture Biotech’s prior written consent is prohibited.
• Third-party logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Laboratory Safety and Conduct

• Laboratory instruments, equipment, computers, reagents, and glassware must be operated only under the supervision and instructions of assigned scientific staff or trainers. Unsupervised handling is prohibited.
• If equipment, instruments, or glassware are damaged, broken, or lost because of negligence, failure to follow safety instructions, or wilful misconduct, the trainee may be liable for the actual repair or replacement cost, subject to applicable law.
• Trainees must maintain regular attendance and follow safety protocols, laboratory dress codes, and operational schedules.

Extension requests arising from genuine issues or unforeseen circumstances must be submitted to the concerned team for review and approval. The applicable extension period will be calculated from the trainee’s original date of joining.

• Job Training: Eligible trainees may request an extension of up to 2 months from the date of joining.
• Project Training: Eligible trainees may request an extension of up to 2 months from the date of joining.
• Short-Term Training: Eligible trainees may request an extension of up to 15 days from the date of joining.

Rapture Biotech understands that unforeseen circumstances may affect a trainee’s ability to complete their training. Accordingly, the following extension periods may be available, subject to management approval.

4. Training Extension Policy

Rapture Biotech understands that unforeseen circumstances may affect a trainee’s ability to complete their training. Accordingly, the following extension periods may be available, subject to management approval:

• Short-Term Training: Up to 15 days from the date of joining.
• Project Training: Up to 2 months from the date of joining.
• Job Training: Up to 2 months from the date of joining.

Any extension request arising from genuine issues or unforeseen circumstances must be submitted to the concerned team for review and approval. The applicable extension period will be calculated from the trainee’s original date of joining.

5. Special Discount Policies

• A group-enrolment discount of up to 30% may apply to groups of 10 or more students enrolling together from the same educational institution.
• Students receiving a group discount must join on the same start date and select identical training modules.
• Promotional or group discounts apply only to advanced training modules lasting three weeks or longer.
• Discount coupons, institutional concessions, and promotional schemes cannot be combined.
• Discounted programs are assigned to designated afternoon batches unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Placement Assistance and Career Guidance

5.1 Eligibility

• Formal placement assistance—including interview coordination, resume building, corporate references, and skill assessments—is available exclusively to enrolled candidates in the six-month Job-Oriented Project & Job Training Programs.
• Placement assistance is complimentary. Rapture Biotech does not charge candidates a placement fee or commission upon job selection.

5.2 Performance Requirements

• Placement assistance does not guarantee a job offer. Selection depends on the candidate’s competency, performance, technical knowledge, professional conduct, and the hiring employer’s evaluation.
• Candidates must maintain at least 85% attendance and successfully complete assigned technical and soft-skill assessments to remain eligible for placement drives.
• Candidates must score above 75% in the assessment tests to remain eligible for placement assistance and placement drives.

 

5.3 Candidate Responsibilities

• Candidates assigned to corporate interview drives must attend as scheduled. Failure to attend without valid prior written justification may result in loss of further placement assistance.
• If selected and issued a formal offer letter by a participating organisation, candidates are expected to join. Unreasonable refusal or failure to join after selection may make the candidate ineligible for future placement assistance.

5.4 Employment Relationship

• After selection, the employment contract, workplace terms, salary structure, and obligations exist directly between the candidate and the hiring employer.
• Rapture Biotech is an independent training institute and is not responsible for workplace disputes or employment terms and service conditions between a candidate and an employer, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

• Formal complaints will be investigated, reviewed, and responded to within seven working days.
• Rapture Biotech may update these terms to reflect regulatory requirements, company policies, or laboratory operations. Updated terms will be published on the website.
• These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable statutory consumer rights, disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Agra, Uttar Pradesh, India.
