We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses. Please be assured before getting enrolled in any course, you go through rules & regulations thoroughly and agree to them.

📋 Rules & Regulations:
- 🛠️ In any circumstances, if any equipment/glassware is broken by the student, then he/she will have to pay 100% fine.
- ⚠️ Handling of equipment should be done under supervision. If found mishandling with any equipment, he/she will be fined.
- 💵 The registration fee is non-refundable.
- 💳 Course fee will be submitted at the time of joining or at the time of registration.
- 🔄 90% of course fee can be claimed if cancellation is done before the date of joining.
- ❌ No refund will be made to the delegate after the date of joining.
- ⏳ Refund will take 7-10 working days to process.
- 💌 For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the billing name provided at the time of placing the order.
- 🚫 The company doesn’t guarantee the placement of the student if the student is not found competent enough.
Discount Policies
- 🎓 100% discount on registration fee for 10+ students from the same college.
- 📅 All trainees have to join on the same date and opt for the same modules only.
- 📈 Discounts are applicable for 3 weeks & above advance modules only.
- ❌ No two discount coupons can be clubbed together.
- 🕒 Discounted programs are available in afternoon batches only.
Placement Policies
- 💼 Placement assistance is only applicable on 6 months Job oriented project and Job training programs (Freshers) only.
- ❌ Rapture Biotech doesn’t guarantee the placement of a trainee, if the student is not found competent enough.
- 🔧 Rapture Biotech is a skill development company, we do not offer placement consultancy.
- 💸 Rapture Biotech does not charge for placement assistance.
- 📅 The company doesn’t provide any assistance if the trainee failed to attend regularly.
- 📑 All the assignments (technical and professional skills) are mandatory for trainees.
- 🚫 Trainee will not be considered for any vacancy in future if failed to attend the interview arranged by the company.
- 🚷 Trainee will not be considered for any vacancy in future if the candidate selected for the job fails to join the organization.
- 🧑💼 If a candidate is selected for a job, he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning organization, and Rapture Biotech will not be responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.
- ⚖️ Rapture Biotech has all the rights reserved to change any Terms & Conditions. The decision of Rapture Biotech would be considered final in all cases.

- Rules, Laboratory Safety & Conduct Policies
To ensure a safe, efficient, and professional learning environment, all trainees joining hands-on laboratory, project, or dissertation programs must comply with the following operational rules:
- Supervised Equipment Handling: All laboratory instruments, high-end equipment, computers, reagents, and glassware must be operated strictly under the direct supervision and instruction of assigned scientific staff or trainers. Unsupervised handling is strictly forbidden.
- Lab Safety & Negligence: In the event of damage, breakage, or loss of laboratory equipment, instruments, or glassware resulting from student negligence, failure to follow safety guidelines, or willful misconduct, the trainee will be liable for the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Attendance & Discipline: Trainees must maintain regular attendance and follow established safety protocols, lab dress codes, and operational schedules.
- Admission, Fee Payment & Refund Policy
Rapture Biotech strives to maintain a transparent enrollment and refund procedure in compliance with applicable consumer standards.

3.1 Fee Structure & Payment
- Course and program fees must be settled at the time of registration or on/before the officially communicated joining date through authorized payment methods (Online Gateway, Bank Transfer, Demand Draft, or Official Cheque).
- Registration fees cover initial administrative onboarding, seat allocation, and resource reservation.
3.2 Cancellation & Refund Matrix

- Refund Processing Timeline & Method
- All formal cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@rapturebio.com or rapturebio@gmail.com along with valid enrollment details and proof of payment.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days.
- Refunds are issued strictly directly back to the original source account or via banking transfer/cheque in favor of the registered trainee/billing name provided during enrollment.
- Special Discount Policies
- Group Enrollment Discount: Upto 30% discount fee is applicable for group admissions of 10 or more students enrolling together from the same educational institution.
- Batch & Module Uniformity: Group discount beneficiaries must join on the same starting date and select identical training modules.
- Applicability: Promotional or group discounts apply exclusively to advanced training modules having a duration of 3 weeks or longer.
- Non-Clubbing: Discount coupons, institutional concessions, or promotional schemes cannot be combined or clubbed together.
- Batch Slots: Discounted programs are assigned to designated afternoon batches unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
- Placement Assistance & Career Guidance Policy
Rapture Biotech operates primarily as a specialized technical skill development and industrial training provider. We bridge the gap between academic education and industrial requirements.
5.1 Eligibility
- Formal Placement Assistance services (interview coordination, resume building, corporate references, and skill assessments) are applicable exclusively to enrolled candidates in our 6-Month Job-Oriented Project & Job Training Programs.
- Placement assistance is complimentary; Rapture Biotech does not charge any placement fee or commission from candidates upon job selection.
- Competency & Performance Mandates
- No Automatic Placement Guarantee: Placement assistance does not constitute a guaranteed job offer. Selection depends entirely on candidate competency, performance, technical knowledge, professional demeanor, and evaluation by the hiring employer.
- Attendance & Assignment Completion: To remain eligible for placement drives, trainees must maintain a minimum of 85% attendance and successfully clear all assigned technical and soft-skill assessments.
5.3 Candidate Obligations for Job Drives
- Interview Attendance: Trainees assigned for corporate interview drives must attend as scheduled. Failure to attend a scheduled interview without valid, prior written justification will lead to forfeiture of further placement assistance services.
- Offer Acceptance: If a candidate is selected and receives a formal offer letter from a participating organization, they are expected to join the company. Unreasonable refusal or failure to join after selection will dis-panel the candidate from future placement assistance.
5.4 Third-Party Employment Relationship
- Upon selection, the employment contract, workplace terms, salary structure, and obligations exist solely and directly between the candidate and the hiring employer organization.
- Rapture Biotech is an independent training institute and holds no liability or responsibility for subsequent workplace disputes, employment terms, or service conditions arising between the candidate and the employer.

These Terms, Rules, and Regulations are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable statutory consumer rights, commercial or legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Agra / Uttar Pradesh, India.
