Rules & Refund Policies
Thank you for buying our courses. We want to make sure that our users have a rewarding experience while they are discovering information, assessing, and purchasing our training courses, whether it may be for online or classroom training courses. Please be assured before getting enrolled in any course, you go through rules & regulations thoroughly and agree to them.

π Rules & Regulations:
- π οΈ In any circumstances, if any equipment/glassware is broken by the student, then he/she will have to pay 100% fine.
- β οΈ Handling of equipment should be done under supervision. If found mishandling with any equipment, he/she will be fined.
- π΅ The registration fee is non-refundable.
- π³ Course fee will be submitted at the time of joining or at the time of registration.
- π 90% of course fee can be claimed if cancellation is done before the date of joining.
- β No refund will be made to the delegate after the date of joining.
- β³ Refund will take 7-10 working days to process.
- π For all other modes of payment, we will send a refund cheque. The cheque will be made in favor of the name as in the billing name provided at the time of placing the order.
- π« The company doesnβt guarantee the placement of the student if the student is not found competent enough.
Discount Policies
- π 100% discount on registration fee for 10+ students from the same college.
- π All trainees have to join on the same date and opt for the same modules only.
- π Discounts are applicable for 3 weeks & above advance modules only.
- β No two discount coupons can be clubbed together.
- π Discounted programs are available in afternoon batches only.
Placement Policies
- πΌ Placement assistance is only applicable on 6 months Job oriented project and Job training programs (Freshers) only.
- β Rapture Biotech doesn’t guarantee the placement of a trainee, if the student is not found competent enough.
- π§ Rapture Biotech is a skill development company, we do not offer placement consultancy.
- πΈ Rapture Biotech does not charge for placement assistance.
- π The company doesn’t provide any assistance if the trainee failed to attend regularly.
- π All the assignments (technical and professional skills) are mandatory for trainees.
- π« Trainee will not be considered for any vacancy in future if failed to attend the interview arranged by the company.
- π· Trainee will not be considered for any vacancy in future if the candidate selected for the job fails to join the organization.
- π§βπΌ If a candidate is selected for a job, he/she will be solely the employee of the concerning organization, and Rapture Biotech will not be responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.
- βοΈ Rapture Biotech has all the rights reserved to change any Terms & Conditions. The decision of Rapture Biotech would be considered final in all cases.
